*Spain: €7. Estimated delivery 3-5 business days.
*Europe: €16. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days.
*International: €25. Estimated delivery 15 business days.

If the product is in stock, it takes 2-3 days to ship. If the product has been purchased ‘under reservation’ it may take approximately 15 days.

For all international shipments we are not responsible for customs and import costs that may be charged once the package arrives in its destination country. All customs and import costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged and/or delayed shipments.

We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or false information entered by the customer.

Returns

We accept returns on all items within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

To complete your return, please email us at shop@repartostudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond as soon as possible and provide you with return instructions.

All domestic and international return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will review it to check the condition of the items and proceed to send you an email with the status of your refund, whether approved or denied.

If approved, a refund will be issued. Please note that banks and/or any financial institution vary the time frames for this type of refund. Estimated time is 5 business days.
